Submitted information is used to answer questions, review beta-access requests, arrange eligible add-ons, handle support or complaints and protect the service. It is not used to begin a paid subscription automatically.

Sharing and retention

Information is shared only where it is reasonably needed to operate the website, provide Solen or work with service providers and Compliance London Ltd in connection with the partnership. It is not sold as a customer list.

Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, including support, security, record-keeping and legal requirements.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances and applicable UK data-protection law, you may be able to ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your personal information, or object to certain uses.
