The organisation receives one main Solen Business account with the complete Ultimate feature set, Business-level controls and access intended for the lead user or administrator.

10 additional Solen Lite accounts

Ten separate Lite accounts are included for colleagues who need the core Solen workspace. These are Lite accounts—not 10 additional Business accounts—and they do not include Business controls or the online AI Assistant.

The complete template library

The Business account receives full access to the Compliance London template library, removing the need to purchase individual 10-template packs for that account.

Online AI without a daily reply cap

With an internet connection, the main Business account uses GPT-5.6 Luna for everyday requests and GPT-5.6 Terra for harder jobs. There is no fixed daily reply allowance, although fair use and service availability still apply.

Compliance London provides priority onboarding to help the organisation set up its main account, understand the workflow and get the included Lite users started.

Which plans include Online AI?

Ultimate and the main Business account include GPT-5.6 Luna and GPT-5.6 Terra. Ultimate has a daily allowance. Business has no fixed daily reply cap, subject to fair use and service availability. The 10 Lite accounts included with Business do not include Online AI.

Can I use Solen without a connection?

The core Windows workspace is available locally. Shared updates and Online AI need an internet connection.

When can I start?

The planned release is 31 October 2026. You can apply for selected beta access now; an application does not guarantee an invitation.
