The right help for the request.

Choose manually or use Auto. A short, straightforward request uses Luna; longer requests and more involved work can use Terra. Each reply shows which model answered.

Start with what’s already there.

The Assistant can use relevant Jobs, schedules, teams, contacts, templates and documents from your workspace. You can also attach images and supported documents to an online request.

Know when you’re online.

Online AI sends the request, relevant workspace context and selected attachments to the AI service for processing. Avoid including information you do not have permission to share.

The offline assistant provides basic local help. You can choose your Assistant mode and clear conversation history in Settings.

AI can misunderstand a request, miss context or make mistakes. Review important answers, document content and changes, especially where your work involves compliance decisions.

Maintenance, demand and provider outages can interrupt Online AI. Ultimate has a daily allowance. The main Business account has no fixed daily reply cap, subject to fair use and availability.
